"noise" display


Pool of Darkness -> pic1.dax VGA Sprite, shows pics but also a lot of extra images (variations of pics that are parts of animations) of which many are distorted and/or show "noise".
Treasures of the Savage Frontiers -> sprit1.dax VGA, VGA Sprite show nothing; Auto, Mono, EGA show noise images.

The Pool of Darkness sprites are noisy because the sprites are masked together, but each one can have any of the frames as the base frame. Thus the code is blending them all in a N x N fashion. This is how I originally decoded them, then I manually delete the wrong frames, and posted to the forums the "good" art.
